Delivery Information

Delivery Information relating to your Order

We currently deliver country wide inside South Africa. The delivery fee on all orders over R500 are Free of Charge.

We currently only offer a Standard (Economy) shipping option. With means that depending on where you are the shipping time is between 1 to 3 days after dispatch for Major Centres, and between about 2 and 5 days for more outer lying areas. 

Orders are delivered between 8am and 5pm Monday to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays. 

Shipping times in major centres are between 1 to 3 business days, and generally between 2 to 5 days for outer lying areas

If the address is incorrect we may be able to update shipping information up until the point of the package being dispatched. Please email hello@zipbox.co.za

Once the order has been dispatched we will not be able to change the delivery address. 

No unfortunately we can only ship and order to a single address.  

We will notify you via email when your order is out for delivery. On rare occasions the courier may not be able to deliver your order on that day. The courier will deliver on the next business day. 

If you are not available to accept your order, the courier will try to deliver again on the next business day. 

If your order is lost, please contact us on hello@zipbox.co.za We will start to investigate what happened and where the order is and assist in a resolution.

Unfortunately we are not able to reschedule the delivery date, however if the order can not be delivered the courier will attempt another delivery on the next business day.

Unfortunately this isn’t possible at the moment. All deliveries take place between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays
