Of course you can. All orders are shipped using one of our courier partners, and all shipments will have a tracking number. Once your order is ready to ship the tracking number will be added to your order and you should get a notification with your tracking number.

If you are in a Major Center your order will generally arrive 2 to 3 days after the order is dispatched to the Courier. In outer lying areas deliveries are generally completed between 2 to 4 days of the order being dispatched.

All orders will be shipped between Mondays and Fridays. Generally your purchase will be be prepared and shipping within 24 hours of the order being received. In some cases it may take a little longer but shouldn’t take longer than 48 hours after order.

All products sold on the zipBox online store carry the Manufacturers Warranty. If there are any issues with your product that fall under the warranty, you will be able to request assistance via hello@zipbox.co.za

As per South African laws you will need a valid TV licence to purchase a Television. On checkout we will request your TV Licence number and other details required for us to confirm you have a valid licence. Currently this is a manual process.
