Warranty and Returns

Manufacturer Warranty

All of the products that we carry and sell are supported by the manufacturer and local distributors. So any item that falls within its warranty will have the relative options for a replacement or repair as per the manufacturer warranty.

Zip Box (pty) ltd does not have any additional cover or warranty and can at this stage not offer any additional warranty term.

If an item you purchased from us has become faulty within the warranty period please contact hello@zipbox.co.za with the details of the issue, as well as the order number and purchase date and we will assist in contacting the supplier and getting your purchase replaced or repaired as per the manufacturer’s commitment.

Non Warranty Returns

Although we do understand that from time to time items may be bought and shipped that are later unwanted or incompatible with other components we as Zip Box (pty) ltd take no responsibility or liability in these cases. 

We do however allow you to cancel an order within 24 hours of the purchase if you decide you don’t want it. We will process a refund that can take up to 7 days. 

We at our own discretion may decide to accept a return of an unwanted product or order, a handling may be applied per section 7 of our Terms and Conditions. Requests can be submitted to hello@zipbox.co.za
